They have great raw oysters, as well cornmeal crusted oysters that may be my favorite app in the whole city. For the holidays, they also make a oyster stuffing that puts a delicious twist on a traditional accompaniment. Be sure to try the BBQ shrimp too!

Hank's Oyster Bar and @Clyde's (Mark Center, Alexandria) have late night specials where they are half off. great price especially if you want to try out different ones and taste the difference.

You must be talking about Hank's Oyster Bar? I am in LOVE with this place! NOt only are the oysters heavenly, but their entrees are delish as well. Try the Lobster roll if you haven't already!

Is there a deal for it somewhere? You sound like a DC native :) how long have you lived there?

Wait, I'm confused you have posts from both DC and SF on your profile? Do you even live in DC?

Hi Emily, I don't usually tell people where I live, but I travel between the two cities on a regular basis.
No deal for Old Ebbitt. Just like their oysters :) Have you been there yet?
