Mmm...it used to be an old bank, so I trust they have a strong enough refrigeration system to keep things nice and cold...(does that make any sense?)

The Mermaid Oyster Bar and Pearl Oyster Bar for a tie. I had the best date ever this year - we went on a walking oyster tour of NYC. The guy didn't work out, but these two oyster hot spots places did!

Aqua bar is awesome -- nice big selection of oysters and the waiters are very helpful in helping you pick out what you want. Another great spot is The Mermaid Oyster Bar -- good selection of oysters and if you go during happy hour, they're only a buck a piece.
Oh, and Blue Ribbon Brasserie has a nice selection of oysters too.
