The flavor of the Albacore Tuna roll will make you feel like you're wearing rolling skates on ice. Smooth!

Kaz Sushi Bistro really knows how to do it right. Simple and elegant preparations and excellent selection of fish.

Sushi Taro Superb sushi - highest quality fresh fish - and most authentic, traditional Kaiseki tasting menus.

Kaz Sushi Bistro Stick with the pros when it comes to sushi, and Kaz really knows his sushi.

I heard good things about Kushi but haven't been yet. What are your favorites there?

Momiji. They don't have a big freezer, so everything is fresh every day. Soooo good. When you go in, go directly upstairs and ask Andy to make you a lychee martini. He likes to experiment with drinks - a true mixologist. His sister is the sweetest and well, really everybody there is. The chefs know what they're doing and you won't be disappointed. The Valentine roll is our favorite to share, but really, we'll eat just about anything. The tuna is to die for - I rarely allow myself to eat it, overfishing and all, but I make an exception here. Good prices, and try to make the HH if you can. Oh and there's a patio out back, so go when the weather is just turning if you want to get a seat. Be warned, they only have one CD, and it WILL get stuck in your head :) We've gone so many times that I can't count - my husband even proposed to me there!
Sounds like a winner. You have me sold on the daily fresh fish.

Murasaki Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Tenley Town is my go-to. The prices are very reasonable, the fish is fresh, and the servers are really friendly. It's also a great place for group dinners, I have been to several birthday dinners here and always have a great time saki bombing!
What's the best dish, Lauren?
I like it when the chefs yell at me. A lot of shouting going on, I hope?

The hamachi maki and the Amaebi nigiri are probably my favorites. The fish is so fresh and buttery. And yes, lots of shouting going on. Not the place to go if you are looking for a quiet evening..
