If you're looking for a great mixology bar that you can actually get in (ahem, PDT and Little Branch...), The Summit is the way to go. Greg Seider, the bar's co-owner, has developed an impressive list of interesting cocktails sure to please any palate. My favorite is Charmane's Star: a spicy mix of vodka, Vietnamese-cinnamon–infused agave, muddled cucumber, shiso leaf, rhubarb bitters and fresh lime.

Not a lot of people know this but... Nuella has some of the best drinks and one of the best mixologist. If you are interested in getting a great drink + delicious food, you should try out Nuella.
