Caveat - I have yet to try the steak at Bourbon Steak, Charlie Palmers, or Rays the Steaks.

Ray's Hell Burger Usually very busy but if you manage to get in, the steak is spectacular!

Prime Rib It's hard to choose what to get at the Prime Rib, everything is always expertly prepared and served. You never have to worry about the quality or the service and their wine list is excellent. A real Washington institution. It's a great place to bring the "rents when they are in town too.
