Great ambiance and their dishes are pretty authentic.

Also, they have dishes from all over Thailand like Khao Soi (Northern Thai dish).

This little neighborhood spot is romantic, quick, casual and delicious. The Red Curry with eggplant is unexpected and will keep you coming back.

I was hooked on Thai Chili by the first visit.

Thai Square
Anything with basil is great here, both the squid and the pork were excellent. Also when they are available, the soft crabs with chili are great. The floating market soup is a rich broth of dozens of flavors flitting across your tongue like a vision fresh from Hua Hin. Something as 'simple' as Som Tom is done just a bit better here.

Personal favorite: aromatic poh tak seafood soup served in a Thai hot pot

Thai X-ing off Florida Ave. NW. IDK the hours, but you don't order anything. The chef fixes you what he wants in 4 or 5 courses. I can't even eat the 3rd course because I'm trying to save room for dessert!

Definitely Kanlaya Thai Cuisine in Chinatown. Great cocktails, and best Thai tea in town.
