Hosted at The Mission's Public Works, Culture Club aims to explore and share the multi-faceted processes of visionary artists like musician, composer, producer, label-head, and artist Johnny Jewel.

Get up close and personal with Big Freedia on the 'bounce' floor, and check out Vincent Moon's Petites Planètes. Aaron Rose and Syd Garon will host a talk on art, film, and animation, followed by a Dubspot "Ableton Live" workshop. With your $2 ticket you'll also bear witness to 10 years of restoration in A Trip to the Moon with a live scoring of Georges Méliès' cinemagic gems. Isotope Comics' live Fox Head Stew illustration by Jamaica Dyer; a showing of Teebs (Brainfeeder) and Grimes art; live remixing sessions in the Seagate Remix lounge; and the Re:Generation Music Project with legendary drummer Zigaboo Modeliste round off this renaissance evening full of all things art.

There'a an artist in all of us, and Noise Pop's Culture Club aims to bring 'em all out.
