La Qaxaquena is one of my favorites because they make incredible mole and banana leaf tamales. I stick to the classics (tilapia, chicken mole, shrimp), but the more adventurous foodies can order up ostrich, tarantula, and even grasshopper. Let me know how that goes for you.
