As the self-appointed NOPA expert, I can tell you that Papalote II Mexican Grill has the best grilled tofu and roasted tomato salsa, Nopalitos has the best taquitos and the totopos con chile are ridic. Green Chile Kitchen is delicious, technically "New Mexican" and my boyfriend swears by the roasted pork burrito.

Papalote Mexican Grill Papalote has been a touch inconsistent for me, but when it's good, it's REALLY good. I usually opt for the burrito, but the carnitas tacos are superb.
