Last week's Valentine's shindig they held was pretty good. Good music, attractive crowd, free fruity liqueur, heart-shaped shortbread cookies, and chocolate-covered strawberries made for a good night.

Music is typically a fusion of the Top 40's, hip-hop, and house mixes, making everyone in the group happy. When both the upstairs and downstairs are open, then they split up the music a little more, there's always much more space downstairs to dance!!! It does get crowded on Saturday nights though, so get a table or get there early with some pre-game action already done on the road.

Is there such a place? It all depends on the day and night. If you are into the preppy guys, so many bars in the Marina like the trifecta (Kelley's Tavern, The City Tavern, and Matrix Fillmore) where you could find your fair share. There is also The Mauna Loa Club where you could normally find a decent guy to at least talk to. There tend to be a lot of Indians at Gravity, persians and Middle Easterners in Medjool. Apartment 24, Infusion Lounge, Eve Lounge, Roe Nightclub and Lounge, Vessel, etc tend to have asian girls. So many places, it just depends on your luck and age.
