Restaurant Week in Review: Fiola

Located at 601 Pennsylvania Ave NW, across from the Archives-Navy Memorial metro station, Fiola da Fabio Trabocchi offers an understated exterior in the chilly winter months. For the casual passerby, you may not even take notice as you hurry to your destination; but for those in the know (or those who want to be), Fiola is well worth your attention.

This is Fiola’s first Restaurant Week (R.W.) excursion and its arrival to the twice-annual event was highly talked about in local food blogs. Expecting it’s lunch-only special to book up quickly, I made my reservation the week before and was rewarded for my forward-thinking when Twitter informed me Monday morning that Fiola’s lunches were completely booked for the week.

Here’s a rundown of their Restaurant Week offerings and why you ought to be making Fiola your next night out destination!

Emily, love the Writer's Wrap-Up. It's a great touch, wish I had thought of it. Your stories and guides are always fun to read and filled with great tips.
