I just did the Twin Peaks "urban hike." It was trying at times, but well worth it. And the best part is, from an exercise stand point, there's a series of peaks you can hike 'til you drop.

If you need a great workout with no membership required for $16 for the first hour and $12 for each additional hour you can workout at The House of Air Trampoline park in the Presidio by Crissy Fields. It is a really fun workout and you don't even know that you are working out. For more info the website is www.houseofair.com
